You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but reserve the right to correct errors. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping times and costs are outlined at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only, and delays outside our control may occur. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with your rights under the ACL. We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by law.

We take care to describe products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is free of errors. Minor variations in packaging or ingredients may occur due to batch changes or supplier updates.
